Upon arrival in Vientiane, guests are warmly welcomed by a professional local guide and transferred to the hotel for check-in. After some time to rest and refresh, the evening begins with a welcome dinner at either Kualao Restaurant, renowned for its authentic Lao cuisine, or Tamnak (Tannak) Restaurant, which offers a modern interpretation of traditional Lao flavors. Overnight accommodation is in Vientiane.
After breakfast at the hotel, the day starts with a guided tour of Vientiane’s most iconic landmarks. Guests will visit That Luang Stupa, the national symbol of Laos, followed by Patuxai Victory Gate, Wat Sisaket—the oldest surviving temple inthe city—and Wat Ho Phra Keo, a former royal temple with deep historical significance. Lunch is served at Khop Chai Deu, offering Lao and international fusion cuisine.
In the afternoon, the tour continues with a meaningful visit to the COPE Visitor Centre, providing insight into Laos’ recent history and social development, before heading to Buddha Park, home to over 200 Buddhist and Hindu statues. Later in the day, guests enjoy a leisurely walk through a local market to observe everyday Lao life and make a brief observational visit to the Vientiane Art School. The evening concludes with dinner at a local restaurant before returning to the hotel for overnight stay.
Following an early breakfast, guests are transferred to Vientiane Railway Station to board the high-speed train to Luang Prabang. Upon arrival, guests are transferred to the hotel for check-in, with early check-in arranged subject to room availability.
After lunch at a selected local restaurant, the afternoon sightseeing program begins with visits to Wat Xieng Thong, one of the most important and beautifully preserved temples in Laos, and the Royal Palace Museum, which offers insight into the country’s royal heritage. The day continues with a climb to Mount Phousi, where guests can enjoy panoramic views of Luang Prabang and a memorable sunset over the Mekong River. Dinner is served at the elegant Manda de Laos Restaurant, followed by a visit to the vibrant Luang Prabang Night Market. Overnight accommodation is in Luang Prabang.
After breakfast, enjoy a scenic boat journey along the Mekong River to the renowned Pak Ou Caves, with a stop along the way at a local riverside village to observe traditional rice wine production and gain insight into rural Lao craftsmanship and daily life. Continuing the journey, admire tranquil river landscapes and traditional villages before arriving at the limestone caves, which house thousands of Buddha statues placed by devotees over centuries, offering a deep understanding of Laos’ rich Buddhist heritage and excellent cultural and photographic opportunities.
In the afternoon, proceed to Kuang Si Waterfall, one of Laos’ most iconic natural attractions. Under the soft afternoon light, capture the cascading turquoise pools set amidst lush tropical forest. Guests may stroll along wooden walkways for close-up views of the falls or relax by the natural pools, enjoying the serene atmosphere and outstanding natural scenery that define Luang Prabang’s countryside.
After breakfast at the hotel, guests visit the Lao Ethnic Culture Centre(Traditional Arts & Ethnology Center) to gain a deeper understanding of the country’s diverse ethnic groups. Following hotel check-out, Guests will departure from Luang Prabang airport or board the high-speed train back to Vientiane, with lunch served onboard. In the afternoon, there is a visit to the Lao Art Museum, home to the world’s largest collection of root carvings. The tour concludes with a transfer to Vientiane International Airport for departure or onward travel arrangements.
